The Chagrin History Center is proud to present the Historic Chagrin Falls Home and Garden Tour on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10am-5pm.
We have five fabulous homes lined up, including a top floor apartment on N. Main St., above Evergreen Bakery and beautiful gardens on S. Franklin St! We also have two businesses open to visit! Advanced tickets are $30 and day of the tour are $35. Maps and information on the homes will be provided in your program which you will need to pick up at the History Center the week of the tour.
We are excited to be partnering with Two Cafe for a Boxed Lunch ticket option! The Boxed Lunch ticket price is $50 – this includes your pre-sale ticket and the cost of the boxed lunch. More information below!

· Please respect our homeowner’s privacy. NO PICTURES allowed.
· No children under 6; babies may be held.
· Keep in mind that homes are not wheelchair accessible

Pre-sale: $30
Boxed Lunch: $50 – includes pre-sale ticket and cost of boxed lunch
Each boxed lunch comes with an entree and sides. The options are below:
- Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with croutons, shredded parmesan, sliced red onion, and dressing on the side. With fruit salad and dessert.
- Turkey & Spinach Wrap with basil pesto spread, provolone cheese, and shredded lettuce. With fruit salad side, pasta salad side, and dessert.
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetable Wrap with hummus spread, arugula, and radish. With fruit salad side, quinoa side, and dessert.

Changes from previous years:
-There will be NO transportation services this year. Maps will be provided in your program, including areas to park.
-There are no tote bags this year. You will only be admitted into the homes if you have a wristband.
-You can only buy tickets in person at the History Center. They will not be sold at stores around Chagrin Falls.
